Publicity Ministry

Mission Statement:  The Publicity Ministry seeks to heighten awareness of God's Kingdom agenda (the Gospel), and heighten awareness of First Baptist Church and it's mission in the surrounding community.  We will support the Pastor and the various ministries at FBC in their efforts to publicize their events, both internally (membership) and externally (community population).  The Publicity Ministry will help develop and improve communications with our church membership and support the evangelistic outreach to those outside the Body of Christ.

Goals:

The Publicity Ministry will utilize various methods of media outreach, such as: Newsletters, web site, postcards, bulk mailings, newspaper ads, etc.  We will seek to use the latest technology to advance the Kingdom of God, while still maintaining a fundamental approach of communications.
