Purpose: To encourage and strengthen each other, first as sisters in Christ and as Godly women. To be effective witnesses of God, by applying the "Five Biblical Foundations" of First Baptist Church and to set Godly examples for the younger ladies of the church through a mentoring program.

Theme verse -Titus 2:3-5

Activities/Events: The ministry maintains a very active women's breakfast program schedule throughout the year, as we provide varying topics of spiritual encouragement and a broad variety of speakers that address the heart of a women's Godly design. The ministry commits to the church-wide evangelism effort annually. We seek to disciple girls in the ways of a "virtuous women" and provide spiritual guidance. We participate in local and national women's conferences and we support our Pastor's vision and our First Lady, as she encourages and disciples the women of the church.
